Approachable For All Ages

I started working with Katelyn over 3 years ago to heal from severe GI distress due to gluten intolerance. She helped me plan realistic goals for myself with my diet and supplements. I met Katelyn about a year after developing severely debilitating symptoms of a condition doctors were not able to diagnose. Always Encouraging

I began working with Katelyn about 6 months ago, after making a decision to become healthy. At that time I had just received lab results from my doctor indicating my body was out of balance and inflamed. Katelyn reviewed my test results, and my doctor's recommendations, and she personally coached me into making life changes that have resulted in my feeling better and my losing unwanted weight.
