Ingredients
- 1 small banana or ½ cup berries
- ½ to 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop whey protein or pea protein
- 1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or pinch of stevia
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 handful kale leaves
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp almond butter or sunflower seed butter
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth!
Notes
- Optional: for extra protein and flavor you may add 1-2 egg yolks and 1 tsp vanilla
