This is such an easy thing to make whenever you need something to eat but don’t have any time. I got this idea from one of my coworker who would bring this when she didn’t have any left overs or time to leave the office. It is so refreshing and something I recommend to all my patients. My favorite way to eat this is with plantain chips. Give it a try!
Avocado Salmon Salad

Easy and refreshing protein option
Ingredients
- • 1 can wild caught salmon boneless and skinless
- • 1 avocado
- • 1 tsp-1 tbs of lemon juice to taste
- • Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- 1. Mash all ingredients together and eat with plantain chips or on a salad
