Once I switched to Paleo, I realized how much my body hated dairy. But….I really missed yogurt. So, I looked around and found a really easy way to make coconut milk yogurt. I combined a few recipes and came up with this delicious option. Give it a try if you have been going through yogurt withdraws.

Ingredients
- • 1 can 13.5 oz full fat coconut milk
- • 1 capsule of any probiotic to use as your starter
- • A lidded glass jar big enough to hold the contents of the can of coconut
- • An oven that’s free for up to 24 hours
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients.
- Place the coconut milk into a glass jar. Open up the probiotic capsule and pour the powder in the coconut milk. Mix it up with a spoon.
- Put the sealed jar of yogurt in the oven with the light on.
- Leave in the oven for 24 hours. When you take it out, refrigerate it immediately and use within 5 days.
- It will not be sweet so add some honey or maple syrup to taste.
