Easy and quick canned salmon cake recipe
Ingredients
- • One 6 oz. Can of Boneless and Skinless Salmon
- • ½ of a medium onion, peeled and diced
- • 1-2 Tablespoon of Coconut Flour
- • 2 large eggs
- • 1 Tablespoon of dried dill
- • ¼ teaspoon of Sea Salt
- • 3 Tablespoons of coconut oil or ghee
Instructions
- In a bowl break the salmon up with a fork and add the diced onion and spices.
- Mix in the coconut flour.
- Add in the eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Heat up skillet on medium-high heat and add your coconut oil or ghee.
- Shape the mixture in to 6 patties.
- Add the patties to your pan once the oil is heated and cook until golden brown on both sides, roughly 3 - 4 minutes on each side.
